We are a general contracting, subcontracting, construction and facilities management firm with a national reach. We have the ability to act as the prime general contractor, construction manager, or subcontractor on various construction jobs. Providing superior commercial, residential, and industrial repair, renovation, upgrades, facilities maintenance, fabrication, and procurement/delivery services to our clients on both a self performance or general contracting basis.
General Contracting
We provide our clients with superior general contracting services to our clients with a focus on delivering high quality projects on time and budget. We have extensive experience managing both subcontractors and our self-performance team members on a host of project nationally. We execute a full-service array of services across various industry sectors performing commercial and residential renovation and repair/maintenance services, commercial and industrial industry sectors, government facilities, and infrastructure projects to name a few.
Government Services
WRI has a strong background in providing superior services to a host of Government Agencies throughout the US. We have capability and capacity to serve the contracting and construction needs of Federal, State, and Local Government entities.
Construction Management
With a team that possesses over 80 years of combined project management, construction, and facilities project experience we can deliver superior construction administration, management, and program services. Our clients include various government agencies, private entities and corporations, and nationally recognized general contractors needing additional construction management, owner representation, and general contracting services.
Pre-Construction and Pre- Development Services
We offer superior pre-construction and development services ranging from planning and estimating to the complete due diligence and analysis of a client’s project.
Self-Performance & Subcontracting
WRI also participates on a self-performance basis within select projects using in-house staff and affiliates giving us the ability to offer competitive pricing to our clients. This may include the use of company affiliates such as Total Renovation Services providing both residential and commercial interior renovations/build outs, full scale interior construction, HVAC and plumbing construction services as well as Slate Roofing providing both residential and commercial roofing repairs and replacement.
Facilities Management
Our team has an extensive background in facilities services from repair, maintenance, inspections, full scale assessments of all real assets. We also have a background in performing full service facilities management for national portfolios, grounds, and event facilities. Our team has experience overseeing a national portfolios close to 100 assets at once giving us the necessary ability and experience to assist in all your facility repair, maintenance, and facilities management needs.
